國泰附屬公司「雅潔洗衣」自2022年起與聖公會福利協會合作，協會旗下「康恩園」的精神復原人士及智障會員，除可在復康大樓工場工作外，現有5名會員亦獲「雅潔洗衣」聘請，投入勞動市場。聖公會福利協會服務總監袁玉珍表示，工場現有約90名會員參與工作，每月處理超過3萬張被鋪、3萬張毛毯，及1萬條餐巾。
會員在工作過程中可提升自信心，透過工作賺取收入，從被照顧者成為貢獻者；會員之間合作和解難，亦可提升他們的工作技巧和培養責任感。
